The Queenston community is located south of the QEW and west of the Welland Canal. Most areas of Queenston offer a quiet atmosphere for residents, with many parks for families to enjoy.

Approximately 40% of dwellings are well kept two and three bedroom single detached homes. Townhouses, plus large and small apartment buildings, make up the remaining housing options. Queenston has approximately the same proportion of homeowners and renters, giving the neighbourhood a good mix of people.

For many buyers, Queenston can be a pleasant surprise. It offers well kept homes, a strong sense of community and a more attainable way to get into St. Catharines compared to some of the higher priced north end and waterfront areas.
