• Do a comparative market analysis that will show you what houses in your area have sold for recently

• Set a price for your home with the goal to sell it fast while maximizing your profit

• Provide professional photos and full colour 2 page double sided brochures

• Market your home using some of the most advanced technology available today,

• Use various real estate websites for maximum exposure, including Sutton's and my own website


• Use social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin for Pre- Listing and Listing Marketing of your property

• Conduct Open Houses

• Negotiate with the buyer's agent on your behalf

• Help you to secure the assistance of other professionals you'll need during the process

• Make sure all the required paperwork is complete, accurate and that deadlines are met

• Be approachable from 10am to 10pm most days 

• Use of electronic signatures for client convenience (optional)

• Work with you to resolve any challenges that may arise
